Jennifer Kilgore is an Executive Global Practice Leader at Booz Allen Hamilton, she has over ten years experience in public and private sector settings engaged in policy and program analysis, technology implementations, and program planning.  Her public sector experience includes over four years of federal congressional service for a senior United States Senator.  She possesses strong verbal and written communication skills and sound judgment ability and is fluent in accommodating adjusting demands and organizational challenges. Currently working for a platinum global consulting firm, Ms. Kilgore specializes in organizational transformation and strategic communications across the public sector.  Many of her assignments are in the defense and homeland security arenas.  This includes strategic planning and delivery of public service events and working group activities related to developing policy and program management.  Ms. Kilgore maintains a current top secret security clearance (DOD).  Jennifer holds an M.P.A. in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. 

Ms. Kilgore’s experience as a manager, project leader and consultant on a broad range of communication and technology issues is considerable.  Her specific communications expertise in is drawn from a broad base of private and public sector clients and spans a number of different applications, solutions and industries.  She is skilled in all areas of project management and process methodologies. Jennifer has demonstrated experience with challenging project environments addressing multiple arenas simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
